• We offer a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used squishy toys cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately — we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
